1. Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

a) Size Issue (Customer selected incorrect size)
– One-time exchange allowed
– Exchange is for the same product (size only)
– Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges

b) Our Dispatch Error (Wrong Item / Wrong Size / Defective Product)
– We take full responsibility
– Free exchange and shipping will be provided

2. Returns & Refunds
• We do not offer refunds
• In case of defective or incorrect items, a replacement will be provided

• Share your order number and reason for exchange
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps

Important Notes

• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted
• Color or texture variations due to lighting/screens are not claimable
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange
